How it will run

Simple to join. Gentle to follow. Built to last.

01

Free, always

No fees and no referrals needed. People will take part with just an alias — no name or email required.

02

Digital, in person, or both

Every Pebble will choose how they take part — from home online, face-to-face in our calm sanctuary space, or a blend as life allows.

03

Safe by design

Trained staff, clear safeguarding routes and firm boundaries will sit behind every pathway. Peer-led self-help — never therapy or clinical care.

90

days · three gentle stages

A personally guided path

Your goal. Your pace. A team in your corner.

Ripple Pebble Project is being built so personal development never has to compete with everyday essentials. Every Pebble will choose their own direction, and our team will be there with structure, practical tools and low-pressure encouragement.

01

Anchor phase

You will build stability, confidence and personal boundaries.

02

Matrix phase

You will turn ideas into achievable personal and creative goals.

03

Sovereign phase

You will shape an independent roadmap that will last beyond the programme.

Who we are

Built around one belief: a small kindness can change a week.

Ripple Pebble Project started with a simple question from founder Isa Matias: why should personal growth depend on what you can afford? Too many people across the UK put their own goals on hold because every spare hour and pound goes on getting by.

So we are building something different — a free, peer-led programme where structure, encouragement and practical tools will be offered freely, and where every person who is helped will be invited to pass that kindness on.
